We engaged Leo from Magna Marine to oversee the maintenance, preparation, and delivery for shipping, our OA78 to Australia. Overall it was one of the most pleasurable commercial experiences I have had with the boating Industry in my 30 years as an owner. Leo and the team showed consistent attention to detail, always contactable and no work request was too much trouble. A great business you can trust with one of your most valuable possessions.

When we have issues aboard our 80' M/Y that the captain cannot handle, we give a call to Leo at Magna Marine. Leo has proven to be a valuable resource in getting those difficult tasks handled as he understands all systems aboard the vessel. As an example, we had an exhaust system that had a design flaw that damaged the 8" exhaust hose that ran 16' through two cabins in the crew quarters. A difficult job to replace without tearing apart the crew quarters. Leo came up with a plan that allowed us to avoid removing any cabinetry and the final result was a repaired system that to all appearances was factory installed. 

I worked closely with Magna Marine for 2 years while the Senior Vice President of Ocean Alexander Marine Yacht Sales. Leo and his team always provided OA and our customers with excellent customer service, including working 'round-the-clock when project/solution timelines were critical. And Magna's charges were always fair and quite competitive. In my opinion the friendly, competent & efficient group at Magna Marine is an excellent choice whenever you require commissioning, maintenance, repair and/or revision of your yacht. 

I was introduced to you and Magna marine when I went to work for Ocean Alexander as their service manager four and a half years ago. Right from the beginning you demonstrated your excellent product knowledge of boats in general and especially the Ocean Alexander yacht. I threw a tremendous amount of challenges your way and you and your team always handled them with great professionalism. As is standard with this industry, issues always seemed to pop up at the last minute and you always managed to get the job done and done with the skillful way you did all the jobs you were tasked with.

It did not matter how daunting the tasks were that were asked of you, you always responded “no problem” and went about getting the job done. There were so many times when you seemingly pulled a rabbit out of a hat and managed to meet the tight delivery schedule. I am pleased to say that I would recommend you to anyone with extreme confidence, knowing that the job will be done to yacht quality standards in a timely manner and at a fair price.

Magna Marine, A note of appreciation: Several times other vendors have been unable to resolve problems on our 66' vessel, albeit after several expensive invoices. Each time I then turned to your service company and your people as well as your personal attention were able to resolve the issue and repair the collateral damage.
